Wholeness is the nature of universe, how things are. Goodness is the skillful means by which we realize this nature.
When we do anything that is good for us, eat well, take a walk, meditate or read a book, we feel better, we’re happier. When we have a kind thought, spend time with family or a friend, or help out in our community, we feel good, there is a sense of connection with something bigger than ourselves.
In so many ways, through small acts or a momentary thought, we find a sense of contentment and joy that is the expression of goodness. is no longer isolated or separate.
